Don't move here unless you like frat parties, no sleep and rude mgt

I lived here for 2 years and the place was a mess, the only nice thing I can say about it was that the views were gorgeous and the doormen were nice. The Rockrose Mgt (especially Yesenia who is possibly the rudest person I have ever met) are horrible, I was transfered overseas and they would not let me out of the lease despite my company offering to pay it off. I had to turn down the job entirely because the staff made my life so miserable throughout the process. As well all of my neighbors were spoiled brat college students who piled 5-10 people per apt (there are 5 bedroom apts on the end of each floor so beware as it attracts students and keg parties). More often than not there was a keg party every night. As well, the neighbors constantly threw things out the window at people. I had to call security/police at least 10 times because there were drunken guys fighting or yelling in my hallway and several times there were girls passed out in front of my neighbor's door. My next door neighbors often banged on the paper thin walls during their parties and the vents were so shoddy that I also often heard the music from several floors up (this was often during the week well past 2-4 AM). As well, the livery cabs on William street honked from 11 PM - 2 AM every night while picking up bankers from deutsche bank and 311 and the building did nothing about it, if you managed to sleep through that then the jackhammering every morning on wall and william and the surrounding areas woke you up at 7 AM sharp 7 days a week and when I called the city to complain they had filed special permits so there was nothing we could do. A HORRIBLE place to live especially for the amount of money they want..go elsewhere you are much better off.
