I just moved in and from what I have seen so far it's been fine. The only thing that was annoying is that the move-in is not so smooth because there is only one move-in elevator and you can't park right in front of the building. Other then that I have had no problems. My apartment is quiet. If I had a maintenance problem they fixed it right away. From looking at apartments, I have found that this building has the biggest studios at the lower rent in the financial district. (Not low rent, the lowest of the buildings)
