Beautiful Apartment -- But It Shakes

You must know that this building shakes from the 2/3 Subway line underneath. I am on a lower floor overlooking William St. and I assume this doesn't persist through the entire building, but if you tour this place make sure you find out if this affects the unit you are looking at.
Outside of the subway, the building is great. Big apartments for NYC, 11 foot ceilings, well maintained. It would honestly be my dream place if it weren't for the subway issue. I wish I would have known ...
