I have lived in 45 Wall for 2 years. My experience overall has been positive, until they raised rent over 22% this October. When I inquired if we could renew in a different apartment in the building that was less with the courtesy renewal rent they told me I would then be a new tenant and treated as such. Rockrose has no desire to keep good tenants, nor is the neighborhood worth the outrageous rents. The leasing office is extremely rude and not helpful. I
