Terrible management!

The apartment was beautiful. The noise levels and parties were a nightmare. I had issues with people above me throwing cigarette butts off their balconies which would land on mine, for me to clean up. From Thursday to Sunday I felt like I was back in college living in a dorm. Calling the management for any questions was a joke. They were rude, and seemed to think putting you down should be part of the process. This wasn't for some major complicated issues by the way, these were simple questions! Overall the beautiful apartment was really not worth the noise levels, or the horrendous management.
