I just moved out of 45 wall street. Unlike what everyone else mentioned I saw/heard very little noise from neighbors although twice I went to another floor to check out someone else's party. I enjoyed my apartment eventhough it was 2k for a one-bedroom (approx 600sq ft), when they raised the rent to $2400 I left. I overhead others talking about as much as a 25% price raise when they went to renew it. The doormen were okay, some better than others. I had to harrass managment if there was a problem and in pajamas had to go to the front desk to fill out a form to get the toilet/shower working. Overall not bad, but not that nice for the money!
