There seem to be a lot of negative reviews here, which suprises me. I have had a fine experience. Yes, there are lots of recent college grads in the building, but I haven't had a problem with noise whatsoever. Yes, the rent is a lot, but honestly comparable to similar buildings throughout the city. The doormen are very nice, the in-house dry cleaning is extremely convenient, the gym is functional and clean, and all of my maintenance requests have been taken care of promptly and well. Though the financial district dies on weekends, Wall St. is an express stop on both the green and red lines, which are main arteries running up and down the city on either side, so I find it to be conveniently located. If you work downtown and want to walk to work, it's a good choice in my estimation.
