Desperately needs rent control!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
The leasing manager is one of the rudest people I've dealt with. ever.
Rent went up 12% the first year and 18% the next!!
Construction and repair work on Wall street immediately outside the building starts really early in the morning! And there is incessant honking from limos at the corner of wall and william in the evenings.
