Great place to live if you're young and have money!

I have lived here for almost a year and I'm so sad that my lease is ending, it's been a great year! Rock rose (and Tony in particular) are kind of a pain in the --- to work with, but otherwise it is a great place to live. The doormen are wonderful, management is super quick (they never take more than a couple of hours to come- and things here are pretty well made so it's rare for things to break, the building itself is really well taken care of- the trash rooms are even clean! It's close to all subways. I haven't had any problems with noise. The building is definitely geared towards people in their 20's. The rent is a lot ($5150 for a converted 4 bedroom- increasing to $5410 if we renew the lease)
