There's a reason why it's Rockrose's cheapest building in the neighborhood

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Pros:
1. Close to lots of subway lines.
2. Extremely wonderful and helpful doormen.
3. Beautiful rooftop gym.
4. Super safe. 24 hour guard.
5. If you like shopping, there's a Tiffany's, Hermes, and a BMW dealership in a 2-block radius. Also multiple Chase ATMs.
Cons:
1. The lobby consistently smells funny. Like throw up.
2. Hallways are dingy and reminiscent of the hotel in The Shining.
3. High rent but low quality rooms.
4. Tenant demographics have recently tilted towards the early 20's range, making the building on a Saturday night seem like a college house.
5. Loud - you can hear street noise as well as construction from William Beaver House.
6. 2 laundry rooms to serve the entire building. Come on now, really Rockrose'
