The management sucks!!!!!!! My apartment was burglarized on the night I moved in. There were items missing from the apartment including a laptop. There were no broken locks which narrow down the possible suspects to the building staff that have keys from each and every apartment. I brought it up to the management and requested access to the video records taken by the cameras placed in the building. Strange enough the management refused to give access to these recordings.
Do not be impressed by fake and pretended professionalism of the management staff. Among the trustworthy ones there are truly perpetrators that will not hesitate to come into your apartment and steal without shame or fear of being caught. I deeply regret choosing to live here!!
Shame on the Management of Rockrose Development Corporation at 45 Wall Street for failing to protect its tenants and for the lack of cooperation in solving the matter!

I AM SHOCKED TO READ THIS POST BECAUSE EXACTLY HAPPENED THE SAME WITH ME TOO!!! I AM A YOUNG ASIAN GIRL AND SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY APARTMENT WHILE I WAS AWAY. HE OBVIOUSLY HAD KEYS, BECAUSE THERE IS NO SIGN ON THE DOOR. HAD TO MOVE OUT FROM 45 WALL ASAP. IF I CAN SUGGEST SOMETHING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT HOUSE FOREVER.

Thanks for the warning!; I was considering renting here, but not after reading about suspicious burglaries (how many more were not posted here?) and unresponsive management.

The owners are iranians. I deal with them and other iranian business people and they are the worst scum. Most of them are very very wealthy from years of accumulated wealth in iran. They came here and think they are smarter and better than everyone. They are nothing but low lifes and they are wealthy mostly though inheritance and for the most part are stupid.
