horrible management and leasing company

I never made it past filling out forms with this building. I make well over 180 grand a year, because I have an income from NY and another state, which means I travel back and forth. The leasing agent refused to rent to me because he didn't like that I am not in NY full time. ''''' I thought this is New York City''' Cultured, worldly....not afraid of traveling to another state for work'''I think the management belongs in Arkansas, where people believe in sticking with their own kind...or something. The apartments I saw were huge, but I saw LOTS of college kids looking to turn 1 bedrooms into shares by putting up tension walls. This may be why the leasing agent wouldn't deal with a grown up with a grown up job- he is all too used to dealing with irresponsible college kids. Glad I didn't end up at this building- I am too old for a college dorm.
