This building is top-shelf. The staff is excellent! Both the Super & Asst. Super are professional & effective and this trickles down to the doormen, concierge, porters etc.
The is a new valet service in the building, which is much more efficient than the last company.
As far as Management is concerned, there is a new on-site Property Manager who is available to assist with all tenant issues!! It is so nice to have an actual person to go to...
Overall, I would recommend this building to anyone wanting to rent in TriBeca. It is the best building in the neighborhood!!!
