omg. i can't wait to move out when my lease is up. it is so noisy. we hear all the neighbors around us - up, down, next to us and we can hear also them talk through the vent. the heat/ac units are as bad, it's is like sleeping next to an airplane turbine. plus, there are 2 construction sites nearby and they are drilling early in the morning. on top of that, the valet service is a disaster, they keep losing packages, and the concierges are totally rude and unhelpful, except for one of them. only plus: love the neighborhood, and the roof is great.
