Illegal Dwelling From: heretohelpothers Date posted: 5/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This apartment building is illegally renting out apartments as hotel rooms. Not only are many of the apartments illegal dwellings with multiple code violations, but they are renting these apartments over the internet to unsuspecting invdivuals seeking inexpensive hotel accomodations. One apartment I know of is in the cellar and floods. Do not rent an apartment or hotel room from 63rd Street Realty, WooGo Lincoln Center Apartments, or anything with the address 244 64th Street.
