Seriously I cannot explain how aweful this place was, all of the things everyone said previously were problems I encountered.

From the moment I moved in, roaches lived in my stove there was a nest, it took us a month and a half and finally threatening for them to have to pay for our take out bills to replace the stove. Then came the mice. They were very unhelpful with this problem as well. The "exterminator" came about 4 times the whole year I lived there. The "concierges" (who made clear to let us know whenever we asked them to so something for us that they were only the concierge and NOT a doorman, but yet wanted a christmas bonus anyway) were rude at best and very lazy.

The comment above about them having a hotel is correct. They are listed on hotels.com and we constantly had people coming in and out of the complex, not leading for a safe living environment. Even as a hotel they are bad as I heard them saying to one customer "we are not a hotel"(even though they found them on hotels.com).

The gym is so lacking I had to join another one and the laundry is a joke as well. I am very surprised that this management has been allowed to get away with all of the illegal and dishonest behaviors they are engaging in.

The neighborhood is severely lacking as well.

Summary: Dont live here and Dont suggest it to others as a hotel.

Completely agree with the person above. Horrible building...very unsafe. Had the same problem with the "concierges" who don't speak English and are no help whatsoever. Walls are so thin that you hear EVERYTHING...which is not fun where there is a crazy man living downstairs. Next to the projects...which is also not safe. Horrible horrible building...the management could care less about its tenants.
