If you are interested in dumping your hard-earned money into a terribly small, noisy, mouse-infested apartment, look no further!
I lived at 63rd West in a studio apartment for a year and a half. The apartment was so tiny, and the wall of the apartment did not reach the floor, so I was constantly seeing people walking past my apartment.
These are highly expensive units, thin walls, and right next to the projects. You might as well save your money and pitch a tent in Central Park instead of renting an apartment at 63rd West.
