I've lived in one of their buildings for 2 years.
The elevator consistenly breaks down for days at a time and I have to walk up 6 flights.
If I paid for a walk-up then I wouldn't be as irrate.
My roommate has had to climb out of the elevator three times in six months.
The "concierge" mysteriously disapears with a mispelled sign saying "back in 5 minutes" and somehow wasn't around to witness the murder down the street last year.
They do quick fix/band aid repair jobs and the staff doesn't care about the buidling maintenance so the owner must be cheap.
Avoid this building unless the rent is down dramatically! I can't wait to get out.
