I just finished a 3 year residency here.

I lived in two different apartments.

The new management is even better than the old.

Any repairs I needed were addressed imediately.

The best feature is the Gym.

It's FREE...

as an avid runner I loved having a treadmill when it was raining or during the winter.

I needed a guarantor and it was no problem...

Easy approvals.

There is always someone at the front desks.

Yeah they take some time off to go get cofee but they handle your packages when you're not home.

Downsides, Apartments are small.

I am sure you could find larger by going to the outer boroughs or Harlem, but here you get to be in the middle of it all.

The elevators I heard do have some issues, but the building I lived were fine.

If it did breakdown it was fixed right away.

I would reccommend this to my friend who are students and just starting out in manhattan.
