The building is obviously in a great location, but the owners are dishonest and not trustworthy - do not deal with them! The broker's sweet grandmotherly appearance is deceptive.

They interviewed me and decided to proceed. We signed lease papers and they accepted my certified checks. Then they randomly decided to cancel the lease before I moved in. It created a really bad situation because I was moving out of my old place in only a week and obviously had stopped looking for apartments after SIGNING THE LEASE! At least they returned my checks.

And...now they are trying to rent the apartment for $3600. They had agreed to lease it to me for $3450.

Only look at this place if you're willing to have the owners back out on you at the last minute. DO NOT PAY BROKER FEE UNTIL YOU ACTUALLY MOVE IN - THEIR BROKER IS BAD NEWS. Don't waste your time with this one.
