jackhammering all night long

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
There has been late night jackhammering in front of this building for years. The last several months they have been jackhammering all night long. Last Friday they started jackhammering at 1am.
Unless you can stand jackhammering every night, I don't recommend living here.
