Horrible Heat/AC System

Great building and location. However, the "central" ac/heat unit is extremely inefficient. Sounds like a loud engine but there is no hot heat in the winter (cool air), and no cold air (lukewarm)in the summer. Electric bill is extemely high...at least double what regular manhattan residents pay. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
