I have lived in this building for about 5 years, since it was first turned into apartments, and have never encountered a single problem. It is kept in top-notch condition, the service is excellent and it has many great qualities. There is a gym on the 21st floor, along with a large laundry room and a "game room", which has a pool table and wide-screen television. It is an excellent place to live. A number of people have moved out since 9/11, so there are apartments available now, and there are good deals. Come take a look!
