211 East 11th Street is a hellhole apartment

I've lived at 211 East 11th Street in the East Village of NYC for the past four years and it has been hell. The halls are always dirty, the walls are paper thin - so you hear every neighbor in the hall way, the steps are falling apart and Mautner-Glick are the worst management compnay in the world! In four years they would never paint the graffitti off the doors, never fix the steps and just try getting your rep on the phone! DON"T MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING!!!! It's overpriced and full of problems.
