I lived here for about 5 months and I absolutely loved it...It's a great apt building for young bachelors/bachelorettes or young couples just starting out. There's a pool hall/club room that is great for entertaining friends; there's a great view of the skyline on the roof; and the building is soooo quiet - you hardly bump into your neighbors. Doormen are really nice.
