Great Place to live, friendly people, wonderful neighborhood

We lived here for 2 years, and we just love it.

The building has class, with super-tall ceilings and generous layouts.

All subways are close.

Great places for lunch nearby during the week.

Spectacular views of Trinity Church and up Broadway.
