Raising Rent and forcing us out! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2007   After living here for 5 years, we are now being forced out by an increase of $500/month to our already expensive rent! The building does have some good things to offer and the apts have such character but the loud construction and recent bug problem are enough to make me say don't rent here! The heating/air systems are also a mess in most of the apartments so you're electric bill tends to be astromnomical as well. The prvious managment company was so great but now it has turned into a building for temporoary corporate housing which is safe nor good for the building! It's just a shame.........
