Good building, great location, decent service

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 

Clean, upbeat building, located near almost every major subway line.

Steps from NY harbor and Battery Park, Wall St, etc.

Service is spotty at times.

Building could use a doorman that helps with the door/unloading.

A/C and heating units could work better.
