Unit A are terrific deal - Stayed here for 2 years in Unit A, which is a terrific deal. Renter Beware - Before you decide to rent an apartment in this building there are some things you should know: Recently, the building hired a new super who is neglecting the building. It sometimes takes 5 maintenance requests before a repair is made. Also, after 9:00PM and before 8:00AM there is no one on call in case of emergencies. Thumbs Down - The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors breathing. Make sure you give them a month notice when moving out or not resigning your lease, they'll charge you an extra month (at the month-to-month rate).
