Awesome - I've lived here for 1 year and my wife and I love it. Extremely friendly staff. Any time you need repairs, they fix it pretty much the same day. We once broke our bathroom sink (long story) and the next day we had a brand new one installed. Another time we told maintenance that our A/C was making noises, and they installed a brand new one that afternoon. ...Full review of Eagle Court

Fantastic apartment! - I recently relocated from NYC to Boston and absolutely dreaded leaving my apartment at 210 W89. I loved loved loved it! I was there for just about 12 years and saw several renovations. The latest one took a while (elevators took forever), but the end result was beautiful. My friends were always so jealous of my HUGE studio and the amount of closet space. The doormen became like family and ...Full review of Stonehenge Towers

Great Bldg! - This is one of the nicest buildings in Chelsea. Great apartments and amenities. The building includes a game room, roof deck, valet, and resident lounge. The neighborhood has every convinience, including a Whole Foods and Garden of Eden within walking distance. If there is one negative, certain front desk staff can be very belligerent, particularly Albert. ...Full review of Caroline Building

OK building - I lived in the building for a few years. It's an OK building to be in - nice lobby, friendly staff. I liked the super very much, he is helpful and very reasonable (compared to some other buildings).
On a negative side, having a japanese restaurant on the ground floor is not good: I have seen cocroaches and other wild life. Also, the halls are a little tacky, the ...Full review of 140 West 69th Street

AWESOME - I lived at 100 Jane for 2 years and it was just an AWESOME experience - Rockrose did a great job in building management, but Eddie, Carlos, and...darn, can't remember the other guy's name, but they kept the building spotless, delivered packages inside your door, and just helped whenever possible. The building is clean, best location ever, quiet ...Full review of 100 Jane Street

Pretty good value; great if you like Central Park Lincoln Center - These apartments are ideally situated if you like Central Park, the opera, the symphony, or just being far enough uptown to get some space away from work, yet close enough that you can get downtown/midtown for work easily. If you're more interested in location than a lot of extras/frills, these are good apartments. Overall, these apartments are tasteful and "par ...Full review of One Lincoln Plaza
