My fiancee and I moved in last April and we love it. The over 11' ceilings make the place feel twice the size. The walls are thin, very true, and that is annoying. We're lucky with our neighbors for the most part and only occasionally hear noise at unacceptable levels or times. The staff is amazing and the three repairs I needed were done the day after I entered the work order on the biulding website.

The laundry on every floor and super fast and reliable elevators are big s. The unit doesn't get much light. Overall, this is one of the best buildings in the district and the rents are good now but going up fast.
