Building is converted to condos
This is a note from a current owner. The entire building was converted to condos in 2007 so none of the apartment reviews apply (a high percentage of them were from old tenants unhappy that the rental building was becoming a luxury condo complex). ā¦Ā See More >Laylafanucci

Criminal activity at 88 Greenwich St.
We purchased a newly renovated 5 star condo in 2007. In March 2011 there was a massive flood in the building and several floors flooded. Our floor and unit, 1402, was one of the units that flooded and we had major water damage. The floorsā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Ridiculous application process, difficult management company
The management company, Cooper Square, has the worst lease application procedures/process/customer service I've ever had to deal with. The leasing process has always been complicated in NYC, but Cooper Square has complicated it to a whole new level! Cooper Square wants people to apply viaā¦Ā See More >anonymous

great place to live
I recently moved into 88 Greenwich and have been extremely happy. The doormen and porters are always friendly and eager to help. The ammenities are great - everything is well kept and cared for. On the weekends - you can find tenants hanging out inā¦Ā See More >leesean

Lots of potential, mediocre execution
I recently moved into a large 1 bedroom unit at 88 Greenwich, and I have some reservations about the decision. At first blush, the building seemed like exactly what I wanted; a condo building with good amenities and top quality furnishings. And while the building amenitiesā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Management in 88 Greenwich SUCKS Reconsider Buying Here
Where should we start? With the hollow promises of "tea" and outstanding service? How about starting with the basics, a punch list at closing. Of course the unit was not ready as they were literally working on it that morning. Unfinished,ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great Building in Great Location
I was a resident of 88 Greenwich up until a few months ago. While I was sad to leave, the building is under construction and going condo, and purchasing was not an option for me. I can say that all tenants were aware of anyā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I'm so happy I bought at 88 Greenwich!!!
I bought an apartment at 88 Greenwich. This building was recommended to me by a close friend who lived in the building for years. The entire experience was a pleasant one. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The sales agent I worked with wasā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Don't buy a Condo
Before considering a condo in 88, walk around and notice the two strip clubs 50 feet away. There is also a hip hop club on Washington Street that send vibrations going throughout the building well into the weekend nights. Please doā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Free Pastry In the Afternooon for an extra 300K
They are intentionally overpricing the units. They are trying to attract a hyper-luxury crowd who are foolish enough to spend about 30% over market price to live with other people foolosh enough to pay about 30% over market price for free pastry in the afternoon.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

This place is a disaster
The only good thing about the building is the maintenance staff and the doormen, who are a nice group of people. The management company is a sleazy bunch. They refuse to spend money on repairs or replacements(for example, laundry machines on various floorsā¦Ā See More >anonymous

The place is horrible
The lobby is half ripped apart. Glad I moved out. No amenities, although when they showed it to me in September, they made no mention that the place would lose its gym and roof deck. Management Sux.ā¦Ā See More >88 Greenwich
