I totally loved 88 Leonard, it's a great place to stay, has everything you need in the apartment and is quiet. The people in the building were both friendly and respectable. I believe this is one of the nicer buildings in New York City. Everything was great about this place, and highly recommend it if you have the money to spend on the rent here. They allow pets such as dogs. The only thing was that they didn't hook up the ice maker in the freezer, which was annoying when they told me that I'd have to pay extra for this. The building has every amenity you actually need, and even a hot tub outside if you like to take a dip in the summer. The maintenance staff was always on time when I needed something fixed in the apartment or something changed, and the door men were always friendly and at your service when you need them. It's a great apartment and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to rent in Tribeca.
