While the lobby, roof area, and gym are nice, the apartments are garbage. Most appartments are cheap constructions, but this place really cut corners. Floors crackle, cheap cabinets, closet doors, light fixtures, etc. The appartments are very poorly designed with a lot of wasted space, (large and long hallways, columns. )The mangement company is horrible; they have no idea what's going on, and they are cheap (lazy about fixing elevators). It would take for ever to list all the crap wrong with this place. There are many buildings in the area that are much nicer. on a positive note, they are very accomodating of college students.

Couldn't agree more... I just wish I could have sued them for fraud... Misrepresenting an apartment to that extent must be illegal
