Please, hunt an another apartment if you can afford around $3,000/Mo. for a studio W/home office without window. Sounds like very wall street but actually it is not a home office there is no cable outlet for TV,phone and network system. It is exactly a storage.
If your next door people love to cook, your place will be filled with the smell from their cooking and it never go away.
If your next door love listening to music at a noise level with booming sound, there is no way to avoid it. MGMT people even a resident manager never care about it and they never listen what tenants speak.
Please, never think about this horrible apartment. This is one of the worst apartment in NYC. Very high rent, seriously poor construction and awful service. Trust me.
