As much as their might be issues with this building, it certainly doesn't deserve this rating.......first of all it's beautiful. gorgeous roofeck, lounge, gym is unreal with the windows all around, you will never see a bug in this place.
maintenance staff gets things done relatively fast. the doorman are nice. laundry on every floor, concierge. about a year ago, the elevators used to go out all the time which was a huge pain...but it hasnt done that in forever.
The walls are very thin, you can pretty much hear people talking next door.
