Hi, I am currently living here at 90W and I have to say that the staff here are outstanding, especially this one young guy Chris- Anytime I need something to be done, he makes sure he gets it done fast and with a smile on his face, He's very pleasant. As for the management office, I can't even begin to say how rude the girl is. I like the building itself and like everyother manhattan apartment, the rent is going to be fairly high.
Overall- I recommend it.
