I moved here a year ago and am not hesitating to move out. The price of rent is too high, especially considering the current market.
Most of the doormen are really great guys, however my biggest complaint is that there's nothing they can/will do about noisy parties. It should be noted, most of the tenants in the building behave as if they're living in a frat house. There was a RIDICULOUSLY loud party on my floor over Halloween and I made three calls to the front office (it was 3am) and they said all they could do was call and ask the residents to hold it down. I finally had to call 311. In other "luxury buildings" I've been in, the doormen will break up parties if the neighbors are complaining.
The walls are very thin, so you hear everything.
The gym is nice, as is the roof deck. However the "free wifi" in the lounge area is crap.
Overall, it wasn't a total nightmare like some claim, but I would not recommend this place to a friend, or even a stranger for that matter.
Oh yeah, and there were a few times during the year I was there we lost all heat in the water for up to three days.
