This building is very nice but the management is terrible. I have been trying to get my security deposit back for 3 months. The apartment was left in great condition, no nail holes, professionally cleaned, etc. They tell you 8-10 weeks but then they never return phone calls. The NY District Attorney is the next step. I would recommend living somewhere else where you can get a recommendation for honest management.

It took me about 4 months to get mine back. It's funny though, just suggest that you're 'seeking legal counsel' and they return phone calls immediately. It's pathetic that it had to come to that...
