Decent, Not Great From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Been living here for a few months. The unit is lovely. However, I'll echo the other comments about the construction noise (not even Ground 0). As I sit here now at 11pm, the tractor is riding around across the street, and probably will be until 3am. Additionally, for the last couple weeks the lobby and elevator shafts/halls smell like sewage. Not sure what's up with that. Price should be discounted even more for the crazy noise. After this weeks flood, we've learned how bad mgmt is here! http://90westresidents.blogspot.com/
