PARKING - I do not own a car but the few times I have rented a car I have been able to find parking no problem. Also, there is a private garage under/behind our building so that is always available if street parking is scarce.

NOISE - As far as internal noise, not an issue. We never hear our neighbors. I know construction noise is a huge concern being right next to ground zero, but the windows and walls are very well insulated. We have been living there over a year and honestly the only time the construction bothered us was when the slurry walls were being installed. Otherwise, noise has not been an issue. However, only our living room faces ground zero; our bedroom faces the opposite side, so we are very lucky that we do not have to worry about being woken up in the mornings. If our bedroom wall was facing ground zero I may have a different opinion.

GROUNDS - While all of the construction is a minus, the building does its best to keep up appearances. For example, placing a green shield over the construction fence, and keeping flowers along the entry way. The building is also impeccible - amazing lobby, nice gym, great lounge.

SAFETY - one good part about being near Ground Zero is there are always police officers in the vicinity. I never feel unsafe, even in the wee hours of the morning.

CONSTRUCTION (not ground zero) - Everything in our apartment is of great quality. I have heard others complain of problems with their heating/ac, but I guess it varies by apartment. Also, this place has AMAZING closets, which is impossible to find in Manhattan. The gym and lounge and great features too.

MAINENTANCE - the maintenance staff is great. Even if I have a small problem (like needing a light bulb replaced) they are more than happy to come help out. They get along GREAT with pets too, so if you have a dog you don't need to worry about being home when they come by.

STAFF - the Doormen are wonderful! All so nice and helpful. The Concierge/valet is great too. No complaints about any staff members.

OVERALL - This has been a GREAT building to live in. I highly recommend it.
