Heritage building with amazing views
With views of the Hudson and TriBeCa, and One World Trade Center and Memorial next door, this building has been a fun place to live for the past two years. The architect designed the building just before he did the Woolworth and it's easy toā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I would NEVER rent here!!
The management doesn't care about the tenants, the construction noise makes the apartments unliveable. literally. Lee Rosen, the manager could care less about the tenants and the noise. I would NEVER wish this apartment on my worst enemy... Don't be seduced by the size/space in theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

WATCH OUT!
If the manager is still a guy without hair named, Lee Rosen, read everything when you sign the contract. If he comes back saying there was a typo, don't sign until you read everything again. Lee Rosen is a bad man. Switched the contract andā¦Ā See More >anonymous

The truth: Weigh the good and the bad
This is one of the worst buildings I've ever been in. I recently moved out for a number of reasons. Don't believe the stellar reviews with high ratings, they are obviously being posted by management to increase their "stars". Here's the truth about the building: 1.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Yet again, brown water, no notice from landlord
Yesterday we found brown water coming from all of our faucets - yet again. This buildng just seems to always have something wrong. Google the flood and 90 west to get an idea of what the tenants went through a few years back. There wereā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Wonderful building!
PARKING - I do not own a car but the few times I have rented a car I have been able to find parking no problem. Also, there is a private garage under/behind our building so that is always available if street parking is scarce. NOISEā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Don't even think about it!
There are constructions going on all sides of the building. Good news is that you don't need an alarm clock (jackhammering starts right around 7am). The bad news is there are all kinds of dust and debris flying around all the time. ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Wonderful Building! One of a kind...
