GREAT building....but don't park under it if you have a car!!!

This is a great apartment building to live in...very professional staff, repairs are never an issue, nothing but easy living after two years. The only thing that is not great is the shopping (especially groceries) nd amenities in this neighborhood. The building is close to many subways which helps a lot.
Garage parking below is run by another agency (Cliff Parking) and has HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I have seen them damage two vehicles and not fess up to it; sometimes they say it will be several hours to get your car if they are too lazy to move cars to get to it. You might as well park the car on the street in Jersey City and save $350/month. You'll incur less damage that way.
