I lived there for 4 years and I loved living there. The staff is wonderful and always helpful. They made it worth living there. The building is great. The marble lobby is beautiful and the view from the roof is fantastic!. If your thinking about living there........go for it!!!
Only one negative....the parking lot downstairs. One word.......horrible!

Rockrose is no good. They are a completely impersonal entity. They care nothing for their tenants and try to do nothing to help them. By the way if you are planning on moving to this building, be aware that it is in proceedings to become a condominium. You will have to sign a lease that has a stipulation stating that, at any point during the term of your stay, Rockrose reserves the right to evict you with 60 days notice. They are currently not renewing the leases of tenants that have lived in the building for years because of this situation.
