I really like living at 99 John. I'm one of the fortunate ones who don't hear the construction noise - I'm on the other side of the street. This is not really a luxury building - the appliances and kitchen and bathroom are quite plain, but the place was clean upon move-in and that's what I care about. It's not that noisy (my dorm was worse). Great place if you're just out of college.

Rockrose is no good. They are a completely impersonal entity. They care nothing for their tenants and try to do nothing to help them. By the way, if you are planning on moving into this building, be aware that it is in proceedings to become a condominium. You will have to sign a lease that has a stipulation stating that, at any point during the term of your stay, Rockrose reserves the right to evict you with 60 days notice. They are currently not renewing the leases of tenants that have lived in the building for years because of this situation.
