I like it but there is not much flexibility if when you need to move out...

I like this apartment , everyone seem very nice and is well kept.
The location is very nice, close from the subway (33rd and Park) and lots of restaurants choices. =)

7-1-08 If when you need to move out from the apt unfortunatelly management are not willing to help you.. of course is not of their interest but we will only move out because the rent is very high for a 525 sqft studio apt and also there is a lot of noise from the street if you live on the apt towards the north side in front of the queens tunnel also living on the lower side of the apt ( 7th floor ).
Other than that.. the apartment is very pretty and is always cleam.. doorman staff are nice but I couldn't say the most helpful.
If you can afford the high rent go for the high floor and face towards the south !!
