Paul Athens is the WORST!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   My husband and I used to live in the Anthem. We loved the apartment, loved the staff, and had nice neighbors. However, Paul Athens terrorized us so much we were forced to leave. He would let himself into our apartment unannounced, filed multiple frivolous lawsuits, and broke a dozen or so residential laws (and we would know, my husband recently went to work for the DA's office) to the point were we had to have police explain to him that his actions were arrestable offenses. BE AWARE.
