Mixed bag From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001   Beautiful architecture at great location with rooftop terrace. Convenient services (groceries, gym, cleaner etc.). Doormen mostly friendly with one exception. In-house repairs(eg wall cracks, AC) fast but pretty shoddy. Rockrose admin very hard to reach, sometimes unresponsive, in one case incredibly rude. One thing to pay attention to: Before moving in, check the phone jacks. I failed to do so and the phone jacks had been literally ripped from the wall. "Miraculously" the in-house repair guy fixed it in no time for an outrageous price. I really do not think that it was just bad luck but premeditated sabotage which may be happening on a broader scale.
