This building is fancy and expensive, but if you can afford it why not!'! The apartments are huge, doormen are friendly and the rooftop deck is amazing. What's even better than the view from the roof are the beautiful women I see in the elevator every day. What's even better than that is I found this apartment through a website called skipbrokers.com and didn't have to pay a broker. The only downside to this building is that it seems like everyone has a dog. I love dogs too, but many of them piss all over the walls when you walk outside (this could also be from dogs around the neighborhood). I learned the hard way putting my hand on the wall while I tied my shoe and was waiting for a cab. Besides the dog piss...I have no complaints.
