Over priced.

Crap Management company.
The leasing woman is nasty.
Lived here for two years.

Don't do it.
Too many other great places out there with great management.

Wow - sounds like someone who is bitter because they did not get a rent reduction. I live in the building and find that it is a great spot with good doormen and workers.

Bitter? How about in these economic times try not RAISING the rent...we didn't even ask for it to be lowered. We were great tenants, big bonuses to everyone each year, never caused problems and they have the balls to raise our rent in this environment? Sure we were bitter. That's why we left to a WAYYYYY better place. As I said...stay away. And now I see how many units they have available. Good. Serves them right. Doormen were great, workers were great. Not good enough for us to shell out their out of line rents. Comes down to LOUSY management.
