Wonderful! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   I love this building. It is only a few years old and very modern and clean. The doormen and concierge guys are amazing, and maintenance requests are always handled promptly. There is a great gym in the building and a valet downstairs. Being right on the river, the location is super quiet. The only drawback really is that it is a couple avenue blocks to the subway, but it's not too bad, especially with 2 bus options right across the street from the building. There is also a complimentary shuttle service in the morning and evening that runs from the building to Columbus Circle. Very convenient! I highly recommend.
